[ensembl-dev] Install ensembl on existing Apache's ServerRoot and htdocs

This is going to be really hard! Ensembl is not designed to run under virtual server configuration. It will be much easier to use your Apache virtual host to act as a proxy for a separate httpd instance dedicated to Ensembl.
