[ensembl-dev] Install ensembl on existing Apache's ServerRoot and htdocs

Does anyone know how to install Ensembl to existing Apache ServerRoot and
htdocs dirs?

I have limited access to the Apache server. Specifically, I was assigned one
Apache virtual host
configuration file, and a DocumentRoot dir for that virtual host.
