[ensembl-dev] Running RunTranscriptXRefs on Multiple CPUs

The default behaviour of RunTranscriptXrefs has always been to submit jobs to a compute farm via LSF.  I recall that you wanted to disable this function as you originally had issues with running via LSF.  Are you sure you aren't specifying the -local option?
