Hi All,

I noticed in the latest version of the EFG code that it seems to be
moving towards enabling the RunTranscriptXRefs stage of the array
annotation to be run on multiple CPUs via LSF.

Does anyone know when this will be fully implemented?

I am currently running the process for 6 arrays and it has only 1%
completed in the past 18 hours!

Best,

Gavin
