[ensembl-dev] Plants mirror question -- Oryza_sativa broken?

i take it you have eg-plugins/plants checked out and configured in Plugins.pm

can you check there is
eg-plugins/plants/modules/EnsEMBL/Web/ConfigPacker.pm

and it contains lines

      $species = 'Oryza_indica' if ($species =~ /Indica/);
      $species = 'Oryza_sativa' if ($species =~ /Japonica/);
