Hi Jan,

Thanks for the info. We upgraded to HEAD code, ran the pipeline, and
found an error in TranslationAdaptor Revision 1.47. The sql statement
in fetch_all_alternative_by_Transcript should be "JOIN transcript t ON
(tl.transcript_id = t.transcript_id) " instead of
"JOIN transcript t USING (transcript_id) ".
