[ensembl-dev] Missing files on FTP server

Hi,

i noticed some files that are missing on the FTP server.
The current archive of grch37:
https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/grch37/release-114/tsv/homo_sapiens/

Is missing the refseq.tsv.gz files when compared to:
https://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-114/tsv/homo_sapiens/

Also i noticed a number of folders for the plant genomes are missing the CHECKSUMS file:
http://ftp.ensemblgenomes.org/pub/release-61/plants/gff3/arabidopsis_thaliana/
