[ensembl-dev] No UK10K variation data from REST API

Hi Hielke,
There is indeed a difference between the populations for which we show frequencies in REST and the Ensembl variation site. Currently, our REST endpoints only return frequencies for the populations mentioned in http://rest.ensembl.org/info/variation/populations/homo_sapiens?content-type=application/json (which does not include UK10K frequency data).
We are considering adding all frequencies available in the variation page to the variation REST endpoint for consistency. I will reply back to you when I have more news on this subject.
