[ensembl-dev] REST API and variation data retrieval

Hi, 
I am querying mouse variation sample genotypes from [ https://rest.ensembl.org/ | https://rest.ensembl.org/ ] using e.g. <https://rest.ensembl.org/variation/mouse/rs242617365?content-type=application/json;genotypes=1>, but I get empty results 
for the genotypes. However, I can see the sample genotypes on the webportal <http://www.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Variation/Sample?db=core;mr=6:39642997-39642997;r=6:39642980-39643002;v=rs242617365;vdb=variation;vf=22546329>. 

I know, this type of REST request worked in the past. Is the genotype data for the mouse no longer accessible via the REST server? 
Can anyone help?
