[ensembl-dev] Using API to download isoform sequence and expression levels

Hello,
I am new to using the Ensemble web site. I would like to get a REST API code snippet for downloading

  1.  All isoform sequences of a given gene
  2.  Their expression levels in various tissues

The example snippet I saw on the web downloads one sequence (ensemble one). I am interested in downloading all the isoforms and their expression level table.
Could someone please point me in the right direction?
