[ensembl-dev] VEP Web interface available inside Ensembl101.ova?

VEP annotations can be obtained directly from the Ensemble website (VEP Web interface I.e. https://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/online/index.html)

Is this tool available inside the downloadable Virtual Machine (Ensembl101.ova?) If so, is there documentation/tutorials?
