Dear Alexei

Ensembl annotation of mRatBN7.1 (GCA_015227675.1) is currently in progress and close to completion (we were not made aware of the assembly update in time, but the versions are the same aside from swapping the MT). We hope to release the annotation via our Rapid Release site (rapid.ensembl.org) by the end of the month. The annotation, along with comparative and other downstream data will then appear on the main site as part of Ensembl version 105, due to go live in June 2021.

I hope this helps
All the best
Leanne
