[ensembl-dev] Ensembl 100 and Ensembl Genomes 47 are out!

Dear all

 

We are pleased to announce that the latest Ensembl and Ensembl Genomes updates have been released:

Highlights of this release include:
Update to GENCODE 34 (human) and GENCODE M25 (mouse)
Update of gnomAD genomic allele frequencies to version 3
29 new genomes: Three mammals, seven fish, six birds, four reptiles, eight plants and one mosquito
Three updated genomes: Platypus, Northern Pike and Zymoseptoria tritici
New interface for configuration of multidimensional track hubs
Linkage disequilibrium display for Triticum aestivum (Bread wheat)
New pairwise alignments for Triticum turgidum (Durum wheat) and a multiple alignment of eleven Oryza taxa
 

Please note that we have now removed all non-human data from our GRCh37 resources.
