[ensembl-dev] Annotation missing data points

Hi -

Please see attached GRCh38 annotated VCF file.
These are a few lines from a GRCh37 to GRCH38 lifted over 1000 Genomes VCF.

Concerns:

  *   I'm wondering why in this case there are still missing data points.
  *   Also, my lifted over vcf had a column with the previous coordinates, but that is left out in the annotated VCF file,

What can I do to keep that column?
