[ensembl-dev] Declarations of Intentions for Ensembl release 99 and Ensembl Genomes release 46

Hi Hiram

We have annotated the Genbank assemblies. The following VGP species have been included in this release, 

taeniopygia guttata
aquila chrysaetos chrysaetos
strigops habroptila
scleropages formosus
takifugu rubripes
salarias fasciatus
myripristis murdjan
salmo trutta
echeneis naucrates
sphaeramia orbicularis
sparus aurata
