Bioinformatics Developer
We’re looking for a bioinformatician to work on integrating model organism genomic data, including variation, gene and comparative genomics data. We’re looking for degrees in biological or computer science, with experience in programming, databases and genome analysis. Closes 8th December.

Genomics Project Leader
We’re looking for a bioinformatics manager to lead development of pipelines for and curation of gene annotation resources for model organisms. We’re looking for PhDs in bioinformatics or a related field and experience in genome annotation and large-scale databases. Closes 8th December.

Ensembl Web Back-end Project Leader
We’re looking for a web development manager to lead our back-end web-team, developing web infrastructure and APIs. We’re looking for MScs or PhDs in biology, bioinformatics, software engineering with experience working with IT infrastructure, containers, data management and Linux. Closes 29th November.

Genebuild bioinformatician
We’re looking for a bioinformatician to join our genebuild team, working on annotating genes onto genomes, particularly as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project. We’re looking for MScs or PhDs in Computer Science, Bioinformatics or Genetics, with experience working with complex code, genomics and alignments. Closes 20th November.
