Hello Ramiro,

http://staging.rest.ensembl.org is a staging server and should not be 
used for production purposes. It is a testing environment for future 
ensembl releases.

It is likely that the requested data is simply not available yet for the 
future release, but it is for the current release on:
http://rest.ensembl.org/documentation/info/info_genomes_division
