[ensembl-dev] REST Api 503 Error

Hi Monisha,

Unfortunately, we have been experiencing issues with our REST API server recently and there are multiple reports from users of intermittent 503 errors. We are working on this issue at the moment and hope that it will be fixed in the next few days.
