[ensembl-dev] Ensembl VEP 97 - project MANE

Dear colleagues,


I would need to receive MANE matched transcripts for our data by using VEP97. If I use option --mane (field MANE in output ) or --merged (field REFSEQ_MATCH) the output is "-". I am pretty sure about the used used genes which are in the joint list of RefSeq and Ensembl where the match should be present.

Do I need another annotation file for that or how can I obtain that information?
