[ensembl-dev] Ensembl URL redirections

Hello,


to better handle new Ensembl versions i like to hard code the current version in the configuration of my application. That way i can move to new releases when i have checked that there are no regressions/changes.
Now for example, when querying the latest ensembl release through biomart, i can use the URL:

http://jul2018.archive.ensembl.org/index.html

Which is great. But this is not yet available for the latest REST API. While http://apr2018.rest.ensembl.org/ exists, neither:

http://jul2018.rest.ensembl.org<http://jul2018.rest.ensembl.org/>
nor
http://e93.rest.ensembl.org<http://e93.rest.ensembl.org/>

Are yet available. Would it be possible to have those subdomains available? Would it also be possible to have them (both for the main site and the REST API) available close to the release of a new Ensembl release?
