Hi Fin,
Thanks for for reporting this.
As you say, the GTF output here doesn't look as we might expect -
perhaps the tool is using out of date specification for GTF, we'll
investigate further.
Given that the GTF format is identical to GFF2 I would suggest using the
GFF export option and renaming the file if necessary.
