[ensembl-dev] gnomAD population data via REST-Api

Hi Fin

We are planning to include the population allele frequency data for 
gnomAD in the next release of the REST-API.

It can currently be accessed using the Perl API.

We will look at including the "Highest Population MAF" in a future 
release of the REST API
