[ensembl-dev] eqtl REST API link incorrect/not working

Hi Marijn

I’m afraid we’ve had to disable the eQTL endpoint owing to problems with our filesystem. The disk seems to be stable again, so we hope to be able to have the endpoint reactivated within a couple of working days. Sorry for the inconvenience.
