Hello,
after further examination, it looks like the fetch is indeed returning the
correct transcript - the issue is that I had thought that kras-201 would
always map to the same transcript spliced form - for example in some
species, the 189 residue form is 201 and in others, the 188 spliced form is
kras-201. I'll get all transcripts and then scan by length.
