[ensembl-dev] prerequisites for Bio-DB-HTS

Hi,
I am trying to install the perl api via the instructions at
http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/api/api_installation.html

At the step where I am going to run 'perl Build.PL' I get a lot of errors
regarding the dependencies and it seems that perl is not going to
automatically resolve them. The repository is now a mess! and there are
many failed packages which I give them up!


Please let me know which prerequisite packages should I install for
Bio-DB-HTS.
