[ensembl-dev] GTEx eQTL data available through Perl API?

Hello Andrew,

the eQTL data in Ensembl is not available through the Perl API and for 
technical reasons we don't have plans to add direct perl support for 
accessing it in the near future.

However, you can already use the rest api point via perl to access the 
GTEx data as described here:

http://rest.ensembl.org
