[ensembl-dev] NHX export with duplicated protein_id

Hi

with Ensembl 83 API, I export genetree object as nhx - as before - with
    my $nhx = $tree->nhx_format('protein_id');
but the NHX tree contains duplicated protein_ids.

E.g.
(((((((((((((ENSTTRP00000007668ENSTTRP00000007668:0.100241[&&NHX:D=N:G=ENSTTRG00000008107:T=9739],ENSOARP00000019338ENSOARP00000019338:0.104678 
...

How to solve that?
Maybe there is a new nhx_format option for protein_id?
