[ensembl-dev] Question about 'source' of sequence_variant in REST /overlap

Hi,


Would it be possible to provide the source of variant data in the GFF 'source' column (column 2)?


Currently this is just a '.', as for example in http://rest.ensembl.org/overlap/id/ENST00000288602?content-type=text/x-gff3&feature=variation.


This would be of interest to us, for example to allow Jalview users to analyse or filter visualisations based on source of variation data.
