Hi Igo,

We get dbVar data through DGVa (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/dgva)

To determine whether a DGVa data was copied from dbVar or has been
archived by DGVa itself, you need to look at the identifiers:
- dbVar data: starts with the letter 'n' (e.g. nstd1 for the study and
nsv1 for the structural variant)
- DGVa data: starts with the letter 'e' (e.g. estd1 for the study and
esv1 for the structural variant)

Best regards,

Laurent
