[ensembl-dev] Use of COSMIC data under new licensing terms

Hello Ensembl!

I am sure you are aware of the new licensing terms for use of COSMIC data.
If I am not mistaken, there are restrictions on distribution of COSMIC data
and commercial users will now be charged for downloading data.

Could you please clarify if there would be any changes to the use of COSMIC
data accessed though Ensembl's data downloads, API or VEP.
