[ensembl-dev] Installing ensembl site

Hi Steve

I was hoping that since updating the documentation on how to set up a
ensembl mirror is in your list of high priorities you would have done this
on the 81 release... Any chance it might still be done in a near future?
Maybe someone with more experience than me might be able to use their own
experience and fill in the gaps/errors in your instructions and setup their
system.

I was hopping , since this is a priority that this would have been updated
with the new release... but it hasn't.

I would really like to be able to set up my own system but the current
instructions are simply not fit-for-purpose.
