[ensembl-dev] VEP installation problems - failed to parse TBX_GENERIC, was wrong -p [type] used?

Dear developers,

I am trying to install VEP, but when i ran convert_cache.pl, i got many
error message like the following. I am thinking that these errors were
caused by tabix tool.  I was trying to search but i failed to find any
solution.

any ideas ? thank you
