The deadline to apply for the role of Core Software Project leader is coming soon. We are looking for an energetic individual to manage the development and maintenance of Ensembl’s core APIs, schemas and REST API. These APIs and schemas form the basis of our pipeline and website infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in Perl and MySQL development. Experience of NoSQL technology, other programming languages (including Java), Git/GitHub and cloud virtualisation would all be seen as desirable.
