[ensembl-dev] tss differ from trasncript start site

Hi Elena,

The transcript start/end represent the position of the transcript on the 
genome from left to right, with start always smaller than the end.
For this transcript, start is 8,934,984 and end is 8,935,481

The transcription start site (or TSS) represents the 5' position where 
the transcription is initiated.
If the transcript is on the positive strand, it will correspond to the 
transcript start.
If the transcript is on the negative strand, as is the case with your 
example, it will correspond to the the transcript end.
