[ensembl-dev] VEP REST API and CNV

Hi Stephen,

The following works for me and seems to return hgvs notations:
http://grch37.rest.ensembl.org/vep/human/id/rs116035550?content-type=application/json;hgvs=1

This will return entries with the following format:
"hgvsp":"ENSP00000325941.5:p.Glu340Lys"
