[ensembl-dev] List of Ensembl species codes

Hi all,
I was wondering what's the best way to get a comprehensive list of the
three-letter species codes, as they appear in various identifiers, such as
'ENSMUSG...' etc., ideally also with a mapping to numerical taxids?

I found the list at http://www.ensembl.org/info/about/species.html and I
can see that there is an option to export the table to CSV but the three
letter codes are not there.
