Hi Reece,

Yes they are. The fasta stuff is here:
ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-75/fasta/homo_sapiens/
The GENCODE set has not changed so the other dumps are here:
ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/grch37/
