[ensembl-dev] denied access to ensembl_compara alignment tables on public server

Hi Lel

It should work if you use the --skip-lock-tables of mysqldump.
Otherwise, mysqldump tries to lock the tables to make sure nobody will 
alter the table whilst it's dumping it, which cannot happen on the 
(read-only) public server anyway
