Hello,

Yes, the Ensembl variation database contains the entirety of both the pilot
and phase 1 parts of the 1000 genomes dataset.

1000 genomes submit their data to dbSNP, and we import the full dbSNP
database.

We also add the genotypes from the phase 1 individuals, which allows us to
display frequencies from each sub-population (e.g.
http://www.ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens/Variation/Population?v=rs699)
