[ensembl-dev] zebrafish marker tracks

Hi,

Just want to let you know that in zebrafish, the option to turn on the markers and SATMap markers track, currently there is no difference.

for example.

http://www.ensembl.org/Danio_rerio/Share/49ed818de77e5fcb6fbb77826c85609a127949929

returns the non SATMap marker in the SATMap track as well.

This can be fixed via the _marker.pm glyph (I'm assuming its using this one) and updating the features call, to use the logic_name when fetching the marker_features.  Of course this means this may affect the marker track which should contain all markers from multiple maps (perhaps in other organisms).  Probably many ways to controls this including via imageconfig, but I thought I should let you know.
