Dear developers,

our system administrators are about to undertake a redeploy of some
network appliances in order to provide a more robust TCP layer 4 support.

This is affecting our new REST server but, fortunately, connections will
be dropped only for a few minutes, and in the interest of a better quality
of service.

I would suggest to interrupt any client you might be running until you
receive further notice.
