[ensembl-dev] GIT checkout of API and errors in links to VEPversions downloads

I now understand Simon. But in the meantime, people that navigate to the
page:

<http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_download.html#versions>*

Will still encounter the erroneous link on the Version 73 download. Should
this not be corrected before V75 comes out?
