[ensembl-dev] Loading GFF3 (C. elegans) into Ensembl schema?

Hi all,


I would like to load the GFF3 files available here
http://metazoa.ensembl.org/Caenorhabditis_elegans/Info/Index

into the database available here
ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-74/mysql/caenorhabditis_elegans_core_74_235/

I have already constructed the MySQL database from the scripts in the latter.

What I want to do now is to add the GFF3 data.

I understood that there was a script somewhere to do this, and I've both
Googled and searched the Ensembl API, but can't seem to find one.


Any help/ideas/URLs/suggestions apprciated.

If this is the wrong forum, my apologies - directions to the correct one
would be appreciated.
