Actually, regarding Bos taurus, do you plan to add the version Baylor Btau_4.6.1 (UCSC bosTau7):

Or did you just skip this one due to quality, lack of time or other?

Hi Joël,

With regards to rat, we have just completed an Ensembl Pre! (http://pre.ensembl.org/index.html) site which will be made public in January for Rnor_6.0. The full gene annotation is due for release in e80 (mid 2015).

At the moment we have cow UMD_3.1 available at http://www.ensembl.org/Bos_taurus/Info/Index which corresponds to GenBank Assembly ID GCA_000003055.3<http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genome/assembly/?term=GCA_000003055.3>.
