[ensembl-dev] Server down: GRCh37 Doxygen perl module documentation

Hi,

We don't provide API documentation for this archive site. However since 
it is on the same schema version as the main Ensembl site you can use 
the documentation there. We have updated the page on the GRCh37 site to 
reflect this.
