[ensembl-dev] Is there a goat GTF annotation?

Hi Peng,

I'm afraid to say we dont have the goat genome in Ensembl, hence there is
no GTF file for that species.

We have other Caprinae species though (i.e. sheep) and its GTF file can be
found below:

ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-75/gtf/ovis_aries
