[ensembl-dev] LoadPlugins.pm problem

Hi

This looks like a perl version issue. Please upgrade your website distro to perl 5.14. This was announced back in Jan 2014 [1] with a split in API and website version requirements. If your distribution does not support this then you may want to investigate perlbrew [2] to manage perl installations
