[ensembl-dev] help to update Ensembl software

Hi Ensembl developers

I use 'cvs -d :pserver:cvsuser at cvs.sanger.ac.uk:/cvsroot/ensembl  login'
and password 'CVSUSER' to log into the software server, but your server
returns 'cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.sanger.ac.uk(193.62.203.92):2401
failed: Connection refuse'
