Hello,

I would like to have the variation effect predictor (VEP) script
available in the CloudBioLinux distribution

VEP is currently available as a custom build but we do some mucking
about with the installation script with sed to deal with the
interactivity

Would it be possible for someone from the dev team to weigh in on this issue?
