[ensembl-dev] Ensembl release 73 is out!

We are pleased to announce that the latest Ensembl update (e!73) has been released : http://www.ensembl.org/

Highlights of this release include:

Human: 
Updated patches for the human assembly (GRCh37.p12)
Updated HAVANA manual curation for human
Import of PhenCode data for human

New species:
Flycatcher (Ficedulla albicollis)
Duck (Anas platyrhynchos)

Other species: 
Updated HAVANA manual curation for zebrafish
Updated gene set for rabbit, including RNAseq data. 

Other news: 
New search engine (Solr)
